As Head of Business Relations at Swirl Offshore, he leads strategic growth initiatives, focusing on building a diversified offshore services platform through global collaborations and innovative delivery models.

With extensive exposure across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, ABM brings a strong international perspective to business development. He has founded and scaled multiple ventures across India and overseas, and has also served as an advisor to several state governments in India. Mr. Anil Shah is the Promoter and Sole Investor of Swirl Offshore Private Limited. He provides strategic capital support to enable the company’s long-term vision of delivering high-quality topside and subsea services to the offshore oil & gas industry.

As a promoter, Mr. Shah’s role is focused on investment and financial backing, ensuring the organization has the resources required to build robust operational capabilities, adopt advanced technologies, and maintain strong governance standards. He does not participate in day-to-day operations or management.

Currently associated with Swirl Offshore Private Limited as a Director, contributing to the development of governance frameworks, compliance systems, internal controls, and organizational structuring to support topside and subsea operations.

Extensive experience in local and project office finance, taxation and regulatory compliance, company law matters, budgeting and forecasting, fund and cash flow management, contracts support, and liaison with regulators, auditors, banks, clients, and global stakeholders.

Commandant (Retd.) Navdeep Bakshi served with distinction in the Indian Coast Guard from 1989 to 2011, bringing over two decades of unwavering dedication, operational excellence, and strategic acumen to India's maritime security. His tenure in the ICG was marked by progressive leadership roles that involved complex maritime operations, emergency response coordination, and personnel management—earning him recognition as a steadfast officer and mentor.

A firm believer in teamwork and empowerment, Mr. Bakshi is known for his people-first leadership style. He inspires excellence through collaboration, strategic foresight, and integrity—making him a respected figure both in uniform and in boardrooms.

Mr. Jai Thappa comes from a distinguished naval lineage, being the son of Surgeon Captain D.K. Thappa, a decorated officer of the Indian Navy who uniquely qualified as both a doctor and a fighter pilot, and served aboard INS Vikrant. Raised in an environment defined by discipline, service, and national pride, Jai has carried these values forward throughout his life and career.

With over four decades of experience in the offshore subsea and marine industry, Jai has built a career marked by both operational depth and strategic leadership. Beginning as a commercial diver, he progressed through key offshore roles including SAT Supervisor, Offshore Construction Manager, and Project Manager, before moving into senior leadership positions. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Dolphin Offshore and later founded IGOPL Offshore Pvt Ltd, successfully scaling it into one of the region's leading subsea companies with operations in India and Southeast Asia.

He currently serves as President of Swirl Offshore Pvt Ltd, where he provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership in driving the company's growth and market positioning. He has also previously contributed to the industry at a global level through his role with the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), representing India in member engagement initiatives.

Nipun Malhotra is a General Manager and Execution Expertwith a successful track record in operations project management. He has expertise in various areas including Diving & Deepwater Oil field Development, Oil & Gas, RFID, IOT, and Digital Transformation Consulting. Nipun has an MBA from Indian School of Business and has demonstrated leadership in setting up and managing a new technology start- up.

Faye Vaz brings over 25 years of experience in managing people and office administration across diverse industries. Her career journey began at a Diving Services Company, where she honed her skills and expertise. Faye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sophia College, Bombay University.

Ramalingam Natesan, also known as RAM, is an oil and gas expert with extensive experience in upstream operations, sub-sea engineering, corporate governance, and e-Initiatives. Based in Mumbai, India, RAM has had a distinguished career, starting at the Central Designs Organization on Tuticorin & Mangalore Ports and progressing through roles at the Madras Port Trust and Engineers India Limited. He joined Halliburton Group in 1989, serving in various leadership positions including Engineering Manager, General Manager, Country Manager, and Director on the Board of BRES India. He later held key roles at Kvaerner E&C Singapore Pte Ltd, PetroCosm Asia Pacific, and Stolt Offshore. RAM has also been a board member at HAL Offshore and IGOPL Offshore and served as Vice Chairman for the M.E & India Chapter at IMCA. Ram has published numerous papers and authored a number of books.

Shrikant Kulkarni is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A). He holds a design patent for an ultra-adjustable subsea clamping arrangement. Shrikant began his career in the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on offshore Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair (IMR) programs and has since specialized in design engineering, project management, and operations.In his over 40 years distinguished career, Shrikant has held numerous managerial and senior managerial positions. His roles have included Inspection Manager at Rockwater, Senior General Manager of Operations at Dolphin Offshore, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at IGOPL Offshore.
